We are a highly professional family run car dealership established in 2012 with over 22 years industry experience.  

What can we do for you?

Avi Dhir Cars Limited T/a A D Car Sales (FCA reg 673114) We work with a panel of carefully selected lenders who may be able to fund your vehicle purchase. Avi Dhir Cars Limited is a credit broker - NOT a lender. Avi Dhir Cars Limited You do not have to pay us for our service but a funder or broker we work with may pay us for introducing you to them. Different funders/brokers may pay us different amounts, but it will typically be based on a fixed percentage of the amount borrowed. This percentage may vary according to different factors, for example: the amount of credit; the age or type of vehicle; the type of finance product; or the funder's assessment of the risk of lending. For your reassurance, we are not able to change the interest rate you pay in order to receive more commission from a particular broker or funder. Although rates and commissions may vary between our finance partners, our aim is always to secure finance from them which is appropriate to your circumstances. If we are successful in obtaining an offer of finance for you and you would like to know the amount (or likely amount) we would receive if you decided to go ahead with the agreement and how that amount has been calculated, please contact us using the details above.

You are under no obligation to make use of any financial product arranged by us, or to purchase any insurance product from us. Other providers may offer similar finance or insurance products which may meet your needs.

 

Need extra support?

We understand that choosing your new car is a big decision and that a lot of factors will be discussed. If at any stage, during the process you feel that you need extra support while you consider your purchase options, please do not hesitate to mention this to any of our colleagues. This could include language or access challenges for example. We will do all we can to facilitate your needs so that you can make a decision which is right for you.

 

What if you have a complaint?

In most cases a complaint can be resolved by a manager at A D Cars. However, you can register formally in writing by emailing [email protected] or by post to A D Cars, Thornborough Road, Coalville, LE67 3TN. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint in seven working days.

If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint, or you wish to receive independent advice, you can seek to gain Alternative Dispute Resolution by contacting the National Conciliation Service on 01788538317 or via their website www.nationalconciliationservice.co.uk

If you wish to make a complaint after a purchase, and have chosen to fund your purchase through one of our recommended lenders then you may wish to choose to contact them directly with your concern and they will guide you through their own complaint process, due to their vested interest in your vehicle.

 

What if you are still dissatisfied?
