Brilliant Service and Experience
Fantastic Experience I had Stuart deal with my sale but also spoke to some of the other staff there and they were all very friendly. The car had an issue with the gearbox which took some work to get sorted but this big job was sorted and managed perfectly by the team. AD Car Sales got dealt a bad hand getting this car and the price of repairing it for me in certain put them out of pocket, but they still got it sorted for me and made everything on the car perfect. Stuart kept me informed the whole way and was always friendly and helpful with my many many questions. I highly recommend them and will be looking out for my next car there too

Amazing car - Looks brand new!
Avi was amazing from start to finish. Great customer service, professional and friendly it's like I'd known him for years. To start off with I saw my new car without the prep work done to it which I brought on the word of Avi saying it will be perfect once it's done. Well to be honest it exceeded every expectation I had. The car on the inside was immaculate and the outside looked brand new not one mark and cleaned to a very high standard. On top of all this I expressed that I wanted the alloys to be black which Avi said his team could do and wow they absolutely Finished the car off. Not only did they do a great job it Was also a great price for the work! I would recommend AD car sales to anyone"¦ I'm sure I will be getting a lot of compliments about the car so the feedback will always be about how positive my experience was at AD car sales! Avi & Stu are great guys firstly, I had myself a VW campervan that I was selling, didn't get much serious interest mystic until I passed it over to these guys who sold it on the first day they had the vehicle. Ontop of that sorted me out with a lovely polo gti, which is undoubtedly the best car I've owned with full service history and everything sorted out on the vehicle itself. They also continue to stay in touch to make sure I'm getting on well with the new whip. 10/10 guys, highly recommend.

Honourable car sales. Very rare these days.
Bought a nice little mini from these guys. Very pleased with the car but unfortunately it had an (non-major) issue on the way home. AD told me to take to my prefered garage and get it repaired. They took a no quibble approach and was sorted in no time. A good honest bunch that I would have no problem going back to for my next car. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They did everything well I nipped in to see a car they had. Spoke to Stuart about test drive he sorted that day after spoke to him .The cars they have here are very good examples looked around a few of them after test drive we decided the have the car when we picked it up it was so clean they take pride in what they do and service was 1st class. I will be taking car back there for mot and services so glad to find local garage / car sales that u can trust so many jokers out there that give people sub standard service . Refreshingly uncomplicated and efficient
The whole process of buying the car was effortless, no need to complete personal profiles or to give endless irrelevant information. We arrived, we were met by smiling friendly staff, the car was ready for the test drive, nothing was too much trouble and the transaction was soon completed with no fuss at all. The car was ready for collection just a couple of days later and again everything was ready upon my arrival and I left just 20/30 minutes later, paperwork completed and very pleased with my shiny car!

Wow! only word applicable to describe customer service here! Stuart has been exceptional in looking after us (and the car!) from beginning to end. We've purchased an electric car - and on the pre release checks some issues were found - Stuart has organised and managed the problems and their rectifications brilliantly. After weeks of searching for an Audi TT and having wasted time viewing cars with small dealers who have not been truthful about the cars condition in the advert, this dealer was absolutely fantastic. From calling up in regards to the car, to making the final purchase, the service was excellent. The Exclusuve Black Edition Audi TT which i purchased was absolutely immaculate and as described in the advert. Considering that i planned my journey from London with my young kids, the dealership was very accommodating and had everything ready when i arrived. My children had an area with comfy sofa's to wait in, whilst i made the transaction. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealer. I am pleased to have found the right car which is very rare to find due to its spec. Very professional and friendly service.

purchased a ford transit connect m sport van from this company last week, paid a deposit over the phone and even paid the balance day before collection without even viewing vehicle as live in Bristol and around 2 hours or more away, did feel a bit nervous about paying for vehicle without viewing it but the sales man assured me vehicle was as explained in advert on auto trader and face timed myself so i could see vehicle itself. on day of collection the salesman gave myself and my wife a warm welcome and made us a coffee and we had a look around vehicle and everything the salesman had said was true, the van was pristine inside and out and even better than i expected, all the paperwork and spare keys were with the vehicle and all in order, all in all would highly recommend this company to anybody, they do exactly what they say they will and there was no pushy sales would like to thank everybody at ad car sales for a fantastic service thank you guys.

Happy new car day to me!! Just brought Audi A4 SL I visited AD Cars 3/4 times first time I arrived I asked to view the car Stuart assisted me showing me around the car and then left me to view it by my self. As soon as I asked to test drive away we went! 2nd day I asked if I could return to drive it again "˜no problem'. Feeling more as ease with the car and the sales man (Stuart) I wanted the car! Everything I asked for or needed to know Stuart was very helpful and updated me over the time I waited for my car. Overall I would definitely recommend this garage to any body, sales people are very helpful when needed and Not pushy (we all know we hate when they loiter around you)! Thank you very much AD Cars. Simply the best.....
From the time I phoned to enquire about the audi a5 I was interested in Stuart was very friendly, down to earth guy and answered all my questions. Decided to put a deposit on the car and if I liked it would pick it up a week later. Within that time Stuart kept me updated on the phone and sorted out a few little cosmetic issues that he told me about and had arranged a full valet and a stage three polish. I wasn't just blown away by the effort that had gone into preparing the car but the service I received when I arrived, Stuart gave me the keys and let me look at the car he wasnt pushy or put any pressure on me. By the time we had come back from the test drive I knew I couldn't leave without this sweet ride! Again Stuart helped tax the car online and the part exchange for my old vehicle was hassle free, very enjoyable buying experience I could have stopped another 4 hours there talking to Stuart! Top service and a top bloke. I would recommended Stuart at AD cars for your next car.

One Happy Daughter with he White Beetle.
My daughter and i travelled 3 hours to purchase her car from, Avi owner of this family run business. We were picked up from the Railway station in Leicester by his Dad ( Real gentleman). We recently bought our Audi A3 from AD Car Sales. What a refreshing change from the pressurised sales experience we received from a Main Dealer. We went to view the car late one wet, dark, cold evening. We met Stuart who handed the keys to my husband and son and told them to go and have a good look. I test drove the car that evening. It was agreed that we would go back at our conveniece and view the car in daylight, which we did. We agreed to buy the car personalised plates were sorted out for us and it was just a good experience! After sales service has been equally good nothing has been too much trouble and Stuart has gone out of his way to accomodate our requests. Have recommended this garage to family and friends.

No nonsense warranty and reassurance that even after warranty should you have a problem - call in and it will be sorted. It is also good to feel non pressured into making a decision. Very good team of people.

This is the 5th car I've brought from AD cars. I always get good service and know that I'm buying with confidence. After sales service is first class also. I and everyone I've recommended this company too have No reservations about using them again. I like everybody else is always hesitant about using a new garage for the first time but these guys know their business and are always happy to help.

Highly recommended - we'll be back!
I bought a Range Rover from AD Cars and suffice to say that from my examination, and that of my Landrover dealer, I'm happy that I've got a very sound vehicle. But you're not reading this to hear about any particular car - you're wanting to know how you'll be treated by AD Cars. So, when I first enquired of the car it had only just arrived and was due to be sent for prep (Sat). However, they held off doing that so that I could visit and examine the car on the Sunday. I was met, given the keys and left to examine the car without any sales pressure. We spent well over an hour looking and were only approached to check if we had any questions or would like tea/ coffee. Avi's attentions were, quite rightly, to a customer collecting new car. Over coffee we were left to examine the vehicles papers. Now free Avi took us on test drive. We went away to consider, rang a deposit through on the Monday and I collected a very well prepared car on the Friday, with every assistance in sorting the tax
